Steven Wexelstein Technical Director
Steven is founder and technical director of insite and has always had a keen interest in computing and new media, particularly the social web, real time web and complex web applications.
He has strong experience gained from blue chip organisations through to small start-ups and brings a great deal of technical expertise to the team. He has worked in varying technical capacities at companies such as Bank of Ireland, Broadcom Eireann Research, Intelligent Finance, i-play (Digital Bridges), Vianet and most recently at Zendit.
He has extensive experience of development methodologies and a proven track record in delivering web technology projects. He combines his technical expertise with an ability to bring people together to deliver the software solutions that the clients require.
Kevin Bradshaw Commercial Director
Kevin has more than a decade of experience with start-up and high-growth ventures in digital media and technology; including i-play (Digital Bridges), PlayPhone, LimeWire, Blaze Media, Slam Games, buzzd and zendit.
He has built a number of companies at the leading edge of innovation in the digital media sector, raising more than $100M of venture capital across the various ventures. He has played a key role in management teams which have consistently delivered market-dominating results in rapidly fluctuating commercial circumstances.
His companies have pioneered the development of a number of ground-breaking content delivery platforms, and have lead the creation of original and new format entertainment for some of the world's most successful IP franchises.
Craig Myles Director, Application Development
Craig has ten years experience in the IT sector, including software and web development, quality assurance, project management and account management. Having graduated in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, he worked as a freelance web developer before joining Logica as an IT Consultant. Working with several high profile public sector clients, he gained experience in an array of disciplines on multi-million pound contracts.
He was responsible for account management at the Edinburgh based web technology firm Mercurytide, before joining as Digital Director in 2009.
Bryce Wilson Senior Digital Designer
Bryce graduated from Fife College and attained his Advanced Diploma in Interactive Design along with a HND in Graphic Design. With over 7 years experience in crafting functional and compliant websites with a high aesthetic appeal, Bryce enjoys developing in state of the art technologies. His expertise covers technologies including CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PHP, which have all been honed to maintain pace with a forever expanding platform.
Bryce recently joined insitebright after leaving a position as lead web designer at AdeoGroup, a Glasgow based web technology company.
Nathan Payne Web Developer
Nathan brings a combination of educational attainment (Abertay University) and 4 years hands-on experience in web development and SEO marketing. Having worked with some of the best digital agencies in Dundee, Wangbar and Warracle, he knows all about web technology and what it takes to deliver against customer expectations.
Shaun Birkmyre Intern
Shaun is our holiday intern who is currently at Stirling University studying computer science. He brings great enthusiasm and a dedication to the team and no job is ever too small, not even making an awesome cup of coffee!

Jonathon has worked in branding and communication across traditional and digital media for 15 years. With a deep understanding of the digital world he has wide experience of successfully delivering large scale interactive projects for many of the world's most respected brands.
He has a track record of success in client services, strategy development and project management.
Founder and director of Mobilized, a mobile innovation company and sister agency to insitebright based in London, he is working with the team on clients in and around the capital.
